How these figures are worked out

  • Market values are share price times shares outstanding, converted to US dollars for non-US listings.
  • Profits, revenue and cash come from the latest 10-Q and 10-K filings of US-listed companies; 12-month figures add the last four reported quarters.
  • Cash runway is cash and short-term investments divided by the last 12 months of free cash outflow.
  • Insider figures are open-market purchases and sales on Form 4; grants and option exercises are left out.
